Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY:
We have a 10 minute late policy here at JGlow Beauty LLC. If you know that you are running late please be courteous and send us a text or call us to let us know. Understand that if you are not able to make it to your appointment during the grace period time frame, you will have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. We value and appreciate you as a client and we thank you for your respect and understanding.
If you are more then ten minutes late and a JGlow team member is able to fit you in there will be an additional $25 charge on the service.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Your appointments are very important to the J Glow Beauty team members. We understand that sometimes schedule issues may arise, so we just ask that you be mindful by notifying us within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in 50% of your service price. All of the cancellations and changes must be done during business hours. For same day cancellations or no shows that will result in being charged 100% of the service cost. If you want to remove a service from your multiple appointment slot please let us know within 48 hours to avoid a 50% charge for the service. Please understand it is YOUR responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
